‘Not Your Type’, the latest single from Canadian-Nigerian artist Stephen Voyce, features fellow Montreal-based creator Jess Abran. It is produced by Stephen and Martin Dee, with guitar additions by Joss Tellier. The song, which fuses pop, R&B and alternative elements, tells a story of self proclamation, with Voyce confronting those who refuse to admit that they admire his creativity and respect who he is, as a person, out of fear of losing what they perceive as power over him.
